You may be feeling…
Overwhelmed, even on days that look fine from the outside
Alone, even though you’re rarely by yourself
Scared by thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere
Guilty, as if you’re not the mother you thought you’d be
Disconnected from your partner, and unsure how to find your way back
What you’re experiencing is more common than you might think, and it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you deserve support from someone who understands.
HOW I CAN HELP
Care focused on women's reproductive and life transitions
Pregnancy & Postpartum: Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, difficult births, and the transition to motherhood.
Fertility and Pregnancy Loss: The emotional weight of trying to conceive, IVF, uncertainty, and grief after loss.
High-Achieving Women & Burnout: Perfectionism, exhaustion, and caregiving fatigue, including for helping professionals.
Midlife & Life Transitions: Identity shifts, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the questions of what comes next.
MEET DR. HERNANDEZ
Warm, direct, and grounded in research
I'm Dr. Jacinda Hernandez, a licensed psychologist providing virtual therapy to women across California and Texas. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and completed postdoctoral training in fertility counseling.
My work draws on client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and trauma-focused approaches. I want you to leave sessions feeling understood, with real tools, and with a clear sense of the way forward.
What to Expect
-
A brief call to talk about what's bringing you in and whether we're a good fit. No pressure.

-
Weekly or every-other-week video sessions, with regular check-ins on how things are going.

As things feel steadier, we’ll space out sessions and plan together for what comes next. You’re always welcome to return for a check-in.
