MIDLIFE & LIFE TRANSITIONS THERAPY
Support for the chapters that ask you to become someone new

A TURNING POINT, NOT A CRISIS
When the roles that defined you start to shift
For years you may have organized your life around others: a career, children, a partner, aging parents. When those roles change, it can leave a quiet question: what about me? Therapy offers room to grieve what's ending and get curious about what's next.

Care across the seasons of a woman's life

-
Yes. It's common to feel grief, relief, and uncertainty all at once. Therapy can help you make sense of the change and find what you want next.
